Dumb and Dumber Illustrations
A movie that I will never grow tired of watching is the 1994 cinematic masterpiece Dumb and Dumber. For this project, we were assigned to research a pair of well-known collaborators and create an illustration that encapsulates their relationship. Initially, the term "collaborators" makes the words academic or innovative come to mind. I thought it would be hilarious to explore the not-so-scholarly, fictional duo of Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunn. Most of us are familiar with the matching orange and blue tuxedos. I wanted to illustrate a not-so-obvious element of the film: hats. I hand drew numerous hats as seen throughout the movie and scanned them into illustrator.
